That shall be a RAC or even a NS Rock sampler?!? Ha, go and fuck yourself, and then go and get a REAL life, you goddamn stupid worthless faggot!!!

VARIOUS ARTISTS - "STREETROCK - THE GREATEST HITS SERIES VOL. 01" ("Rebellion Records"; CD):
I know that this here ia a older sampler, but hey, as if I would mind it anyhow anyway. And after the stupid and oh so tough virtual warriors of "OiRE SZENE" are active again and posting this sampler as a RAC (and you know to them RAC equals NS ROCK in general) sampler I though to myself: "Okay, that can't be true!!! Can someone really be so blind, dumb, stupid, and ignorant-arrogant?!?" Yes, that's possible, if you need an answer repsectively if you did not came to this answer by yourself. But hey, that's also a good possibility to review this one here on my blog. So, hm, I don't know exactly when, hm, but some years already ago this sampler was released by the fantastic "REBELLION RECORDS HOLLAND" label and it put together some of the best international bands from Oi! to Streetpunk and Streetrock and back to Skinhead Rock. With two tracks featured are the great MARCHING ORDERS from Down Under Australia, they give us their two anthems "NIHILISTIC" and "MARCHING ORDERS". Hard rockin' and sharp forward pushing Oi! of the first premium class, coming with some great fresh organic grooves and some brilliant and very self-contained guitar riffing. What a brilliant start for this compilation record. Then there are coming FREI.WILD from South Tyrol, and oh, oh, oh, what an evil NS Rock band they are... Don't have to say more about that bullshit, right?!? If you anyhow think I should be writing more about it, ha, then you're reading the wrong blog, chummer!!! Hard played, hymnal arranged German Rock in the tradition of the (later) BÖHSE ONKELZ but already with a very strong own identity, and yeahr, one of their biggest hits still up to this day, and also damn great lyrics, and yes, we are getting their hymn "DAS LAND DER VOLLIDIOTEN"!!! After this brutal, guitar dominated Skinhead Rock from out of the Highlands of Scotland is coming to ya, delivered by BAKERS DOZEN. Nothing left to say, a brutal beating, leaving you crying for more, great band, pure british Skinhead Aggression!!! Two songs we get from them, "HIDDEN AGENDA" and "RIPE FOR VIOLENCE", two musical crowbars, if ya know what I mean. Then some smart Skinhead Rock & Roll from Sverige is dancing through ya ears, 'cause it's time for THE CLICHÉS. That's some cool stuff, if SKREWDRIVER wouldn't have had become a stupid White Power NS band playing Heavy Metal/Hard Rock music filled by stupid lyrical contents they maybe could have sound like this great band from Sverige, so you all should know that this is a brilliant band. Two songs we do get from them, "MONKEY SEE, MONKEY DO" and "WE'RE THE CLICHÉS". Both somngs are awesome stuff!!! And after this one of my personal total faves are coming, THE CORPS from Australia, the continent Down Under. Hard stomping and harder rocking combination of CONDEMNED 84, MOTÖRHEAD, ROSE TATTOO, and LYNYRD SKYNYRD, fantastic guitar work, smart and tough as nails vocals, a no bullshit tolerating rhythm section, damn grapping songwriting and more than just well-versed abilities to play their instruments, hell yeahr, that's one of the greatest bands around ever, point and fact. Also they are giving us two songs, their larger than life hymns "ITCHIN' FOR EVIL" and "BAD TASTE". Then a to me (still) pretty unknow band takes the lead of this CD, and this band's called SHOCK NAGASAKI. Don't know anything about this guys. We get in all two songs by them, "1968" and the demo version of "DON'T LET THE BASTARDS GRIND YOU DOWN". Solid stuff, but nothing too good or even great. Nice American Streetpunk style mixed with some classical British Punk notes, throw RANCID, the U.S. BOMBS and the (early) THE CLASH in a bowl and maybe SHOCK NAGASAKI are the outcome of this procedure. Then the great HATEFUL are coming. That's some really great Streetrock music. Melodic and rockin', yet very 'punky' and really catchy and hymnal, yet pretty hard and aggressivly forward played, maybe somewhere between THE DUCKY BOYS and THE CLASH, but that's just a rough cornerstone setting, 'cause they are very stand-alone, and you really have to know and love them. Just listen to the fantastic 'SKA guitar licks'-part in "EXECUTION COMPLEX", damn it, just great, and that's what I call floating songwriting. We also get two songs of HATEFUL and their second one is "GUARANTEE", and that's really a brilliant tribute to JOE STRUMMER and THE CLASH. I love it!!! Then we come to Germany and the guys of the 7ER JUNGS are playing two songs for our enjoyment and listening to this tracks it's really about time that they do finally give us a new full length record, one of the very best german Skinhead Oi! Rock bands around. Two songs we get from them, heavy beat, hard guitar work, and rough vocals, yet damn catchy and hymnal, just great Oi! Oi! Oi! sound!!! I love "FRUSTRATION" (great lyrics) with it's damn cool and nice early SKREWDRIVER influences in it, just listen to the fantastic guitar riffing, I only say: "BOOT & BRACES"!!! Just great, and very nice pace!!! Their second song is called "45 REVOLUTIONS", and it's a stoic forward stomping German Skinhead Rock smasher that's leaving no question unanswered. Thumbs up!!! Next one are the great DISCHARGER, one of the few of the very, very best bands around. Very unique style, anthemic and aggressive, yet very clean played (without many distortion or so) Skinhead music from the Netherlands, between Oi!, Hardcore and some good doses of Heavy Metal and Pagan Metal, all very stand-alone, free from your usual clichès, and damn brilliant done, one hell of a band!!! And It's really a pity that we only get one single track of them, the title track of their second full length called "OUR HATE IS JUSTIFIED", and that's a great track by a fantastic band. After this we get some back to the roots Skinhead Rock & Roll early Oi!, 'cause THE VEROS are coming. Two tracks of them in their typical old school shaven head Rock & Roll Oi! Oi! Oi! style, heavy SKREWDRIVER influences are to be noticed, but I think you already knew about it, haha;-). Their two tracks are called "MALE MODEL" and "JUST DO IT (WITH STYLE)", the first one is a solid one (but one of their weakest tracks in total), but the second one is a great piece of old school style Oi! Oi! Oi! music, especially the heavy bass work is fantastic. Damn good band, it's a pity they aren't around anymore. Then we do get some awesome American Oi! the new breed style, by STRONGARM & THE BULLIES, clear influences from Hardcore to Rock & Roll and Country and back right to some Hardcore Punk, all cultivated by great guitar leads, awesome fast changes of the rhythm structure, full and loud crew back up shouts, and fantastic lead vocals, damn it, smart and very characteristiv stuff, like the music in general. And guys, it's really about time some new stuff of ya is finally coming from ya, so fuckin' hurry up over there in the States!!! Two tracks of them, the fast and gladiatorial "STAND UP" and the cool 'groovy' "LIFE DOWN BEER", with some nice Country influences (the beginning, the mood of the song) and a very nice bass work, and also pretty cool arranged stuff. Great band!!! After this ULTIMO ASALTO from Spain are coming, singing us their hymn "BARCELONA". That's a great band and a great song!!! One of the hardest and fiercest Skinhead Rock bands of today, and also one of the best. You like the GLORY BOYS?!? Right, then you will love ULTIMO ASALTO. Brutal and cracking Skinhead Rock, marked very strong by the fantastic lead guitar, as well as the unbroken forward stomping beat, loud crew shouts and the rough lead vocals. And fuck it, don't know why they are only featured with one track here?!? I would have demanded more, if I would have compiled this sampler record!!! Ah, also they are one evil NS Rock band... (No comment!!!) Then the outstanding RAZORBLADE are up next. Do I need to say something more 'bout them?!? They play in their own league, they play their own style. The unique linking chain between SHEER TERROR and CONDEMNED 84, and to the last ones they pay tribute with their cool cover of the classic "BBOTBOYS". Mean, angry, and pissed off music for mainacs, marked especially by the very special sound and playing of the guitar, mercyless stuff, as well as Wouter's grim and raw vocals, yeahr, you want to know about real hard and clichè-free music, then go and get known to RAZORBLADE!!! I love this band!!! Beside the CONDEMNED 84 cover of "BOOTBOYS" we do get the fast smasher "RAZORBLADE", stomping our heads in. Finished is this compilation by the second song of the already mentioned SHOCK NAGASAKI. Hm, are they from the States?!? However... The song is called "DON'T LET THE BASTARDS GRIND YOU DOWN" and it's a demo version of the song. At least I like this one more than their first one. It's still nothing that's making me going over the top or so, but the nice guitar lead and the fantastic Sing-A-Long refrain, as well as the pretty cool arranged verses (okay, okay, maybe that's too much said, but at least the singer is delivering his vocals damn good) are managing to capture my attention better then their former track "1968", and it's really a nice party smasher that's making you sing and dance and go nuts and fuck it all up, and now I think I'll grab myself a beer, haha!!! So, you see, a through and through fucking awesome sampler, in total, and if you have the chance to still get one exemplar of it then don't think twice and just fucking get it!!! Ah, and I currently see that this one's from 2006!!! (Don't ask me why I just see it now, maybe I'm getting older ad my eyes weaker;-)...) And what I also see but have also known all the time is that the artwork looks simply awesome, and the production sound of every song of every band is really more than good, so I don't know what's speaking against this CD... Ah, it's very simple: Nothing!!! Point and fact!!! Go and get it!!! Ah, and if you call this a RAC or NS Rock sampler then you should maybe go and dig yourself in, 'cause then you're truly nothing than a farce on two legs, walking, and breathing in and breathing out, but nothing more!!! Ah, by the way, I've been missing for quite a while now the second part of this compilation series (at least I nguess it was planned as a series anyhow), so where the fuck is it?!? (9 of 10 points)
Now you still get a video clip (okay, again, don't expect 'too' much moved pictures at all) of THE CORPS, it's one of their very sinister hymn "OVER THE TOP" taken from their record "NAI IT SHUT", so just enjoy it nd this great band!!! Cheers & Oi!
